Senior Project:
The purpose of the senior project is to provide an opportunity for each graduating senior to demonstrate that he or she is as critical thinker and an effective communicator, Schoolwide Learning Outcomes (SLO) established by HHS.  The senior project has four components:  a research paper, a physical project, a presentation, and a portfolio.

TCA Requirement
The Teaching Career Academy (TCA) requires that students research a topic thematically aligned with the SLC’s Vision:  Creating a More Humane Society through Teaching and Advocacy.  For the physical project, students will have two options:  Teaching or Advocacy.  Additional information will be provided.

Senior Project Cohort
Students are required to form cohorts of 5-6 students.  Each cohort will select an advisor from the TCA faculty.  The purpose of the cohort is to create a support-system for students as they complete the senior project.  The cohorts and theirs advisor will be required to sign an agreement regarding their roles and responsibilities.  Additional information will be provided.
